The recruitment process can be seen as a pipeline with 4 phases:

  • Phase 1 JM/Client : Joudmedical technical team will take job requirements from the client.
  • Phase 2 JM Solutions:

-Sourcing CV’s

- Screening the CV’s

- Executes a primary interview

- Candidates set a technical assessment - Discussion with client if required

- Shortlist of candidates

- Send minimal numbers of quality candidates CVs to clients

  • Phase 3 Client :

-Client arranging interviews for candidates though Joudmedical.

- Technical interview completed

- Candidate Selected

  • Phase 4 - Candidate Hired
